Privacy Policy.
Last updated: June 2026Port Delta operates portdelta.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and what your options are. We've written it to be readable rather than exhaustive. If something isn't clear, email us at hello@portdelta.com.
What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use our contact form or intake form. That includes:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Your company name, if you choose to provide it
- Your answers to the form questions — your situation, goals, challenges, and message
We also collect standard server log data when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider and is not tied to your identity.
We do not collect payment information. We have no e-commerce or billing on this site.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry personally
- Understand your situation well enough to be useful in that first reply
- Follow up if you've asked us to
We do not use your information to send marketing emails, add you to a mailing list, or contact you for any reason other than responding to your specific inquiry — unless you explicitly ask us to stay in touch.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Full stop.
How We Store It
Form submissions are stored in our WordPress database on our hosting server and are accessible only to us. We also keep a private internal log of submissions as a backup in case email delivery fails.
We retain your submission for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in operating this site:
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — used to deliver email notifications when you submit a form. Your submission data passes through Brevo's servers for delivery purposes. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com.
- Our web hosting provider — stores the website files and database. Standard server logs are retained per their data retention policies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking or advertising technology on this site.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies set automatically by WordPress. These are functional cookies that manage things like login sessions for the admin panel. They are not used to track visitors or serve advertising.
If you visit the site without logging in — which is the case for all public visitors — no persistent cookies are set by us. Your browser may cache page assets for performance, but that is standard browser behavior, not tracking.
Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or delete it. We respect these rights regardless of jurisdiction.
To exercise any of them, email us at hello@portdelta.com with your request. We'll respond within 30 days and handle it directly, without bureaucracy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't notify you by email unless the changes are significant enough to warrant it. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
